I took it in the early morning before work and did not feel tired throughout the day, I felt hungry by about 12 befcause it did not feel as hungry as I usualy would in the early morning, and now I like taking them when i feel too tired.

I love this and how it make me feel I am not that bloated anymore, my go time I like in the early mornings

when I say I love NRG I love it, it help me stay focued for work and gives me energy throughout the day and I do not have as much cravings, I love it and it helps me to sleep better at nights
